Note:
These comments are on the items, not the cost
Destroyer Summoning Stone - 8 levels above AND 2 of them is OP'd for PvE, more balance less imbalance please... remove first bonus... (add second to all summoning stones)
Everlasting Salvage Kit - yes please
Titan Summoning Stone - Either prevent the lower summons (like Hands/Fists of the Titans) or same level. MUST cause Summoning Sickness. Remove first bonus...
Everlasting Identification Kit - yes please
Everlasting Zaishen Tonic - Linsey has said why they did not add an Everlasting Zaishen Tonic or Everlasting Mysterious Tonic. "Don't get the form you want, rezone and re-use... rather pointless with a random form." - something along those lines. And it makes sense.
Everlasting PvP Priest Tonic - first need a Priest Tonic....
Everlasting Zaishen Summoning Stone - remove that bonus...
Everlasting Destroyer Summoning Stone - Same as Destroyer Summoning Stone, remove that bonus...
Everlasting Titan Summoning Stone - Same as Titan Summoning Stone, remove that bonus...
Lucky Mini Bag - don't think that last option is possible. Instead have a .01% of any of the non-ingame non-birthday minis. And reduce the Zkeys for the .4% as well... 100 zkeys MAX, preferably 50 zkeys. If someone gets that 250 zkeys, the market for them will plumet for the most part, if s/he sells... Also, increase the price. A chance to get a year 4 on a not even year 1 character is worth more than 10 gold coins imo.
I have nothing against new items that share the same principles of others.
But the costs need to change, and you're changing how items work, NO WAY to that *cough summoning stones cough*. I was tempted to respond like ajc2123, but I went kind.
If you want to add game-breaking items, make them worth a LOT more. I mean a LOT.
Make PvE a little harder, with PvE-only skills and summoning stones, if you don't h/h everything, it's really easy. The "squishy" sin profession of mine - no perma sf - has been my title character and has been breezing through 90% of PvE, Normal and Hard Mode. Again, no use of shadow form for the stuff.

I don't like the idea of everlasting summoning stones, ID kits, and salvage kits. What we have right now is fine.
Also no to a PvP tonic.
Lucky Mini Bag is a neat idea. A Lucky Everlasting Tonic Bag would work better than a Zaishen Everlasting Tonic.

I hate having to store 4 super salvage kits/ID. Keep buying them when you run out.
No PvP tonic? Is it because... no? Size won't matter... If you going to QQ about size, then say hello to rainbow phoenix. (BTW, he doesn't like anyone)
I guess I'm removing bonus to.

Err a lot of the penalties such as not being able to use tonics and PvP and summoning sickness are there for a reason. Don't mess with them.
A few good ideas, mainly junk tbh. I do like the salvage kits and the golden LP though, but perhaps reduce the chance on the LP.

Yes, I'm going to put back summoning sickness so you don't spam summons each time one dies.

For a 2 minute RA match? Or a 5 minute HA match? IDK...

Size is why they (live team) didn't allow M.O.X. to be in PvP - along with inablity to show the weapon *which some tonics cause*.

It's because unless you can somehow manage to play at 100% effectiveness while spamming tab constantly, how a person looks, what weapons they are using, and their animations (all change when in a tonic) help identify what is going on. This is why tonics are disabled in PvP.
Otherwise I like most of them if you fix them as suggested, except for the everlasting kits, I don't like those.

Fixed, just as you said that, reminds me of the SF buff, 1/2 the people hated it 1/2 the people don't.

The armour stuff shouldn't have too high a cost, otherwise not many peopel would bother, I know I sure as hell wouldn't. Unless it was a pair of wings...I'd go up to 80 gold coins for them.

i like the idea of more items but the everlasting salvage kits and id kits i dont care for those or the everlasting summoning stones. the reason on the stones its hard to remember to use the ones i got before they become so stacked. and the kits and id kits i just dont think there should be an everlasting of those maybe an even bigger pack then what you can get but not an everlasting ones

50 gold Zcoins is a price waaaaay high considering how slow to get they are doing only the two PvE quests every day, and your prices go faaaaaaaar beyond any scale.
The only one of your prices that is correct is the Miniature egg.

Some of us don't want to compete with no-lifers for rewards.
No PvP Tonics.
Actually, the Everlasting Fireworks Crate(50 gold) is the most expensive in coin cost. Large Equip Packs are less than 1/3 of that at 15 gold Zoins.

Use for weird collectables was a good idea, but as mentioned it should be accessable to someone who doesn't spend their life waiting for the last minute until the zquests change so they can grind it on 12 chars. +1 for wings again.

For all, with a bit of tweaking for the actual values, except for the Everlasting Items. Guild Wars does need some more gold sinks.
